Accessibility Statement

Dinner Done is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. Last updated: 08/29/2026.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the commonly referenced standard for U.S. web accessibility practices (including ADA-related expectations for many public websites and online businesses).

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Conformance efforts are ongoing. Some content or third-party features may not yet fully meet every success criterion; we are working to identify and remediate barriers.

Measures we take

  • Keyboard navigation support and visible focus indicators on interactive controls
  • Skip links and landmark targets to help users reach main content quickly
  • Accessible names and labels for buttons, forms, and icon-only controls where we control the markup
  • Dialog/modal focus management (including Escape to close) on key custom components
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion settings for non-essential animation
  • Ongoing review and remediation of storefront shopping, cart, checkout, and account experiences

Report an accessibility barrier

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can address it. Please include the page URL, a short description of the issue, and the device or browser you were using if possible.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to propose a resolution or interim alternative as quickly as reasonably possible.

Compatibility

This website is designed to work with modern browsers and common assistive technologies. If you experience difficulty with a specific browser or assistive technology combination, please report it using the contacts above.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain, including content managed in the page builder, third-party plugins, embedded media, or user-generated content. Product images and other media may still need improved alternative text in places. We continue to improve these areas as we find them.

Assessment approach

Accessibility is evaluated through a combination of internal code review, keyboard-only testing of key customer journeys (shop, cart, checkout, and account), and ongoing remediation. Formal third-party audits or assistive-technology testing may be used as needed.
