Cooking Method – Choose One:
Freezer to Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake covered loosely with foil on the center rack for approximately 1½ hours. Uncover for the last 10 minutes to let the top brown. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator 24–48 hours in advance. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake covered loosely with foil on the center rack for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, until heated throughout. Uncover for the last 10 minutes to let the top brown. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
Internal temp: 165°F.
Serving Suggestions: Crisp green salad, garlic bread, Shiraz.
