Shepherd’s Pie Cooking Method – Choose One:
Freezer to Oven: Preheat oven to 425F. Bake, loosely covered with aluminum foil (so that steam can vent), for approx 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove aluminum foil during the last 15 min, if desired, to brown the top.
Thawed: Preheat oven to 425F. Bake, loosely covered with aluminum foil (so that steam can vent), for approx 30 to 45 min. Remove aluminum foil during the last 15 min, if desired, to brown the top.
Internal Temperature: 160F. Let sit 10 min before serving.
Serving Suggestions: Iceberg lettuce wedge topped with Blue Cheese or Thousand Island Dressing. Pinot Noir.
