QuickThaw: Submerge the well-sealed pork chop container in water for 15–20 minutes.
Cooking Method — Choose One:
Grill: Grill over medium heat until the pork reaches 145–150°F internally.
Pan Sauté: Sauté in a skillet with 1–2 Tbsp oil over low-medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side, until the pork reaches 145–150°F internally.
